Paypal for Credit Cards - samples only.Refunds & Returns
We will not refund payment after the stone has been shipped. To be sure you are getting what you want, we will be happy to send photographs and samples
before actually shipping the stone.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver the stone, the deposit will be refunded. During nearly thirty years of business we have never failed to deliver an order.
Charges may be made by the Freight carrier for cancellation and the buyer is responsible for paying these fees if it should occur.
Quantities
The price of
the stone is per ton. The stone is shipped in pallets which weigh between 3000 and 4500 pounds (1 ½ to 2 1/4 tons) each. We ship in 24 ton semi-load lots. Smaller amounts can be shipped with
extra handling charges. Per ton prices are higher for less than load orders.
Ordering Samples
If you have placed an order and require samples, we will ship these free of charge.
Before you order, we will be happy to send you samples of any of the stones you are interested in. We have two methods; a
standard charge of $10.00 for a small USPS Priority Mail box (weighs about 15 pounds). These samples are small stones which represent color and texture only, not size or shape. Or, we can send larger sizes
of the stones in the size and shape that you would receive in an order. These boxes weigh a minimum of 20 pounds and the cost would be the actual shipping costs via USPS or UPS.
Other shipping services are not available in our area.
We will credit your account with this charge and deduct it from your cost when you pay for your order. Note that the samples are free. We
charge only our shipping cost.
To pay for samples, you may send a check or, more conveniently, you may use Paypal with your credit card. Call to tell us what you want sent and we will email you an invoice which
you can pay instantly through Paypal.
Our mailing address for payments:
Native Rock
P O Box 201
Sheridan, Montana 59749
Note: We don't ship samples until we receive this small payment.
Photographs
If you would like photographs of the stone you are interested in,
we will email you as many as you may wish. Please email or call: 406-842-5333 and let us know what you would like to see. Please note that free mailboxes like hotmail, aol, etc. frequently do not
accept large downloads. If this is the case, we can set up photos for you on the web and send you a link so no download will be necessary.
Shipping
Native Rock will ship anywhere in the world. Buyers pay all shipping costs. Shipping arrangements will be made at the time the order is placed.
The shipper is independent; the buyer pays the shipper directly.
Native Rock does not charge for shipping or arranging shipping.
Delivery
The minimum
time from order confirmation to shipping is two weeks. Shipping schedules depend on the chosen carrier. Normally it takes no longer than three weeks from the time an order is confirmed, unless we agree at that time on a particular delivery date. However, there are occasional times when finding a truck to go to a particular place is difficult, mostly because the freight carrier can't get a load coming back. Different times of the year may cause different truck availability.
What You Need
You will require a forklift to remove the pallets from the truck when they are delivered. Depending on the type of stone ordered; the
forklift may need to lift up to 4800 pounds. You will need an area for the semi and trailer to turn around without great difficulty.

We are sometimes able to accompany a client to view the stone in situ. We do not
have a stone yard. This would add substantially to the cost of the stone because we would need to ship it twice. We are a Direct from the Quarry seller.
Because our profit margin is as low as we can make
it, if we do additional things like taking a day to show clients around a quarry, we charge a fee for this, payable at the time of the visit, rather than add it into the cost of the stone for everyone and raising our
prices. If an order is placed after you have viewed the stone, it is possible we can deduct all or a part of that fee from the total order cost. This will be determined at the time of placing the
order. If you are interested in seeing the stone at the quarry, please contact us to discuss it.
We hope that this has answered any questions you may have about Native Rock business policies.

We look forward to working with you!
