Beaverhead River Rock is gathered from the banks of several Southwestern Montana rivers and streams. It is generally a smaller stone with subtle colors; browns and
grays. These are pictures of a house for which Mr Marcus did all of the stone masonry using, at the owner's request, only Beaverhead from the owner's property. The stones were very small and
presented quite a challenge. Note the larger masonry joints in the inside rock work. The owner wanted it to look more like an "in a hurry" job inside. There are wall veneers, a curved stairway, a
fireplace, wood stove surround, columns, and much more. The stone floor you see in the stairs picture below is
